feat: cloud variables for turbowarp desktop

The turbowarp desktop app has a cloud variable system which syncs all the variables across all turbowarp desktop windows.

There should be a way for scratchattach to attach to this.

This would be very useful for testing cloud projects without sharing them on the scratch website

edit: you can just use cloud localhost on tw I think. i mostly just want this for goboscript. i might just add this to the wiki or to the scratchapi documentation
