consider either:

• removing pallete.py
• enhancing pallete.py so it is actually useful

If it were to be enhanced:

• [ ] add defaulting for all blocks like sbuild.py
• [ ] special actions 'blocks' that would instead call a function - that could add multiple blocks, e.g. a 'superjoin' block that would place as many join blocks as necessary
