Scratchattach instead of scratchclient on scratch wiki?

Scratchattach has more features than scratchclient and is still getting updates. It would be a good idea to update this scratch wiki article to use scratchattach instead of scratchclient

there is a note at the top of the page saying that scratchattach is better

it might be worth editing the whole page to use scratchattach because it is in the best interest of the reader. rather reverse the note and mention that other scratch api libraries exist but have less features or are not being worked on any more
