Add Configuration to Use Custom Templating Similar to Daily Notes Plugin

First off, excellent plugin, thank you putting this together.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Not associated with a problem.

Describe the solution you'd like As a user, I should be able to define my standard template when adding a new Meeting Notes.

Additional context The Daily Notes plugin has a setting that allows for setting a default template. The base template is nice, but it would be great to be able to change the default behaviour for the note title and contents of the template used. The user may need additional sections included in the template. The expectation for this feature would be to have the same behaviour as the daily note plugin.
