updating map and then querying with /np will give corrupted map response

likely due to .osu file got updated on server and thus api response has different md5 hash, but local cache still uses the old .osu

not sure if thats actually the case, but if yes: I guess redownload the .osu file if the last updated timestamp in the api response is after the timestamp of when the .osu file was last downloaded
