Message outside opening hours

I have been trying to show a message outside of opening hours, through a number of different triggers. So far nothing is working. Also, the closed offices message feature is not appearing either.

Can you paste here the screenshots of your trigger configuration ? @hhse7

@andrealeo83, all of a sudden, now the trigger works. But the bot is not starting properly, even if I disable the trigger and only go by the "Closed offices message". The bot is turning to the default fallback message. This way our bot is useless.
