Fix the spelling of address and use [] around the IPv6 address in the template

address is spelled wrong in some places, this PR will fix that. Also the agentAddress in the snmpd.conf.j2 for the IPv6 address should be surrounded by []'s. for example: agentAddress...

I tried to use synapse-admin 0.10.1, but it just displays a loading circle. sysapse-admin 0.9.1 did work in the same setup. My firefox console mentions: `Loading module from “http://localhost/src/index.jsx” was...
