Custom compiler flags

Could custom compiler flags be supported? For example enabling LUA_USE_APICHECK would be nice.

is probably doable, but I no longer have a Windows system, so won't be building it for you 😄 . PR's are welcome though!

since this is a common option, you could have a look at how the --nocompat flag was implemented
