Sea monkey fixes

These changes are enough to make TiddlyFox work in SeaMonkey 22.0 (issue #13), all based on https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Extensions_support_in_SeaMonkey_2

Hi @skierpage - thank you very much for this. Do you have much experience with writing Firefox extensions? If so, I'd be incredibly grateful if you could have a look at issue #15, as well.

Hi @skierpage : thanks for this! Just applied these changes to current TiddlyFox for use in SeaMonkey 2.39, and it works perfectly. Great stuff! :+1: (Firefox on Ubuntu 16.04 has issues for me....) Glad you made this available. Is it possible to get the XPI on the SeaMonkey addons page?

My only tweak was to this line so it now reads:

 <em:maxVersion>3.0*</em:maxVersion>

Just in case. ;)
