Plugin library url is a broken link for v5.1.23

I downloaded and installed TiddlyDesktop yesterday. The plugin library button returns nothing, and going directly to the link: https://tiddlywiki.com/library/v5.1.23/index.html gives a 404.

If you're a user, for now you can do a quick fix for your own wiki -- search for the link in your wiki's main html file and change it to the previous version's url: https://tiddlywiki.com/library/v5.1.22/index.html

Hi @hollyhudson were you trying to install plugins within a wiki being hosted in TiddlyDesktop, or within the TiddlyDesktop backstage wiki?

I don't know what the distinction is. My .html file is local, in Nextcloud. I also tried posting the wiki url in a browser (firefox) and adding a plugin there, but I got the same response.. nothing from the library loaded. Which makes sense when you consider ... there is literally nothing at that address. Try it. The v5.1.23 link gives a 404, and the v5.1.22 link gives a "Hello There..." page. Just changing the url to the v5.1.22 one in my .html file fixes the problem, but this means that someone needs to actually place a plugin library at the v5.1.23 link it seems.

I was getting the same result when I tried 5.1.23 - with or without TiddlyDesktop. So this is an issue inside TW5. I think there may be an issue open on it already. Other plugin libraries can be installed and opened, just not the core plugin library.

@hollyhudson I think this is the issue that will fix what you're seeing.

Issue 4985
