Suspicious "payload.exe" in .zip for win32/win64 desktop app

Downloading the .zip from https://github.com/Jermolene/TiddlyDesktop/releases for windows 32 or 64 bit sure gets the spider senses tingling.

Hi @deevotee I understand your concern, it's just an unfortunate filename choice for a utility that is part of nwjs. If I understand the docs, it's something that we're not actually using, so I may be able to modify the build process to remove it.
