Is there a command line for TiddlyDesktop

Is there a command line for TiddlyDesktop we could use to Launch a specific Wiki?

This has being raised a few times, the latest being https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/tiddlywiki/WNHH6UgZgac

On Windows this would also allow me to associate a filetype with tiddlywiki files and launch TiddlyDesktop with the selected file.
