Permalinks not opened correctly when protocol is file:///

In mywiki I have a permalink to another wiki in the format file:///O:/Wiki/myotherwiki.html#MyTiddler. If I have mywiki opened inside a browser and I click in the above link, the permalink opens correctly, i.e. myotherwiki opens and it displays only MyTiddler (as expected). However, if I have mywiki opened inside TiddlyDesktop and I click the permalink, myotherwiki opens inside my default browser (so far this is ok and expected) but everything after (including) the # is not transferred, so myotherwiki opens and then displays the "Default tiddlers". I can clearly see that the URL in my browser (when the new tab is opened) initially displays file:///O:/Wiki/myotherwiki.html and then converts to file:///O:/Wiki/myotherwiki.html#mydefaulttiddler. This is how I came to think TiddlyDesktop does not pass the permalink correctly to the browser.

If I just copy the link text file:///O:/Wiki/myotherwiki.html#MyTiddler and paste it in my browser, it does display correctly, so I know this is not a browser or a link structure issue. I am using Vivaldi, btw.
