Request: Option for Relative Addressing for All Wiki In Settings (To Allow Portability)

At the moment selection of File or Folder Wiki enforces absolute addressing.

Could TiddlyDesktop support Relative Addressing for component Wiki?

Advantages would be ...

(1) Obvious portability for individual use cases.

(2) Where I have most interest: enable TD to be run, create an assemblage of Wiki only using relative addressing and a portable settings file for it and THEN re-wrap it in a Zip. In this way I can send people a fully useable, i.e. a packaged solution, that looks like an application. Very good for people not familiar with TW.
