Feature Request: Add a way to edit the markup of a tiddler in an external editor

This is more of a feature request than an issue (so please let me know if this should go somewhere else), but it would be nice if it were possible to launch an external editor from TiddlyDesktop. I keep my notes in a TiddlyWiki and it would be nice to be able to take notes in Vim with the more sophisticated editing options. It also feels like it would be lighter weight than trying to add a bunch of new options to the in-wiki editor.

Just a side comment. As far as I understand it TiddlyDesktop uses the core of the Chrome browser. A downside is that it lacks the parts of Chrome to do with more than core functions. It works well but lacks most bits-n-pieces you might expect in a browser So launching an external editor is already difficult. Add to that the issue with security in browsers now with launching external programs that directly interact with the file system. My guess it would be too much to add that function that easily to the single-file mode of TD? I may be wrong, but whatever I don't think its easy.

The commercial Chrome actually has a plugin named https://github.com/akahuku/wasavi, if integrated into TiddlyDesktop, should be possible to get a vim-like edit experience.
