*Feature request* add folder based auto-convert

Describe the solution you'd like In the settings id like to specify a folder (and sub folders, in my case on my NAS as a SMB share) to watch and when it sees a file I want converted to auto-convert it (in my case from .webp to .jpg). Don't know if I want it in the file specific structure that exists or maybe a "rule/IFTT based" solution, I'm not a coder so I don't know what would be easier/feasible.
