Left clicking folder generates error

Sometimes, when left clicking a folder, instead of opening it, it somehow activates the converter, and generates an error saying "application not found". Same happens when using the converter option when right clicking on folders. I uninstalled the app and it still kept happening.

This message seems to come from another software. Are you sure you uses File Converter shortcut ?
