Option to set all file conversions as lossless

It would be great to have a global setting that simply overrides all file conversions and sets them to perform a lossless conversion, just like "ffmpeg -i "input.mp4" -c copy "output.mkv"

I think it is very necessary to have an option in the settings to keep the parameters consistent with the source file. After checking this option, all other parameters cannot be adjusted, and the parameters will be automatically kept consistent with the source file during conversion.
