WEBP conversion results in some images being rotated

Describe the bug Sometimes a PNG or JPEG will get rotated counter-clockwise when converting to WEBP. I can't say for certain if it's always counter-clockwise, but that's what happened just now when converting a bunch of images.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Select image to convert Select WebP Some will be rotated

This is possibly due to the image being vertical rather than square.

Expected behavior I do not have any rotate options selected. I expect the converted WEBP image to have the same rotation as the original.

Screenshots and Logs Attached the original image. I can't upload the WEBP version because GitHub doesn't support that format yet.
