Wrong audio track is left in target file

Hello,

Encoding to mkv, file converter takes the 2nd audio track in the file instead of the 1st one. The best option would be to encode both as in the source file, or if only one, the 1st one. Even better would be the ability to also pass-through original audio track(s).

Example here, where french has track id 1, english 2, but on the target file only english is left and there's no way to change this.
