Feature Request: 1) Delete to recycle bin 2) .ts file support 3) multi user support 5) vid2mp3 album art support

1- Grabbing thumbnail and using it as album art/cover art when converting from Video to Mp3, FFmpg support this, thus it is very simple to implement, I THINK! This will help to give a thumbnail to lecture videos converted to mp3, or any other video like podcast.

2- currently FileConverter delete files, but not to recycle bin, my suggestion is to keep delete, and add delete to recycle bin.

3-Support .TS file format, they do exist

4- Multi user support, on PC that has several users, there is workaround but I think the setting is shared by both users, I AM NOT SURE!
