[Bug] Some Apps don't list, only available in desktop

Your Environment
Linux Mint 22.2, based on Ubuntu 24.04 used default freerdp flatpak that everyone says is ransomware - I did it anyway, so welcome to Jack@ss. I'm 100% fine after the stunt. also using sudo apt install freerdp3-x11, this is what I'm using currently. also tried freerdp3-shadow-x11 with same results i'm using X11
This is to find a solution for a similar bug that OP had in https://github.com/TibixDev/winboat/issues/216. This is also an updated account for the current version of Winboat. The bug still exists. So if you'd like to discuss the validity of the ransomware claim made on there regarding the flatpak ppa version of freerdp, please do so at the link provided here in this paragraph to go to the flame war located in the other mention of the similar bug. Since this collection of behaviors is similar to #216, but slightly different, I'd find eligibility to post another bug where we could find a solution to maybe #216 as well instead of going off-topic.
Steps to Reproduce / Context
Using the desktops works fine in a FreeRDP window. Some apps won't even display outside the freerdp window, in the apps menu. I create a custom listing for them, but the listing doesn't work, even if it goes directly to the .exe in program files.

Expected Behavior
programs "Modrinth" from the internet browser and "Windows Scan" from the Microsoft Store display in Winboat's Apps menu. I'm sure others are part of this bug too.
Current Behavior
other apps display in winboat apps menu except for Minecraft's Modrinth program and Windows Scan. If others can inform below as to what apps don't get displayed, I can update a list right here.

Possible Solution
another fix would be to do a live refresh on the apps page. I manually refreshed by hitting "refresh" and then hitting "home" then back to "Apps". Please include an automation script that reproduces this fix without leaving Apps. This is how I got Canva's "Affinity" app to display.
