Documentation and ability to turn off xml output

This tool has come along way since i used for the ocsp exam in 2019 and i still use it today. The code base has progressed quite a bit, but some documentation that goes into a little bit of detail for customizing would be great. Its not hard to figure out, but would save some time in the long run.
