the effect of CmBN vs S?

Excuse me, compared to bakcbone, CBN is better than S, why is there no CBN in all experiments in the end, but there is S？ table is from yolov4 paper(i.e.,tabke4)

In addition, you used S in your later experiments on IOU. Wouldn't the effect be better without S, or is S irrelevant? S: Eliminate grid sensitivity. CBN: CmBN.
