Reset timeout after connection

If we set only connect_timeout — it will be used even after connection.

yes, and sorry for the delay.

Currently the thriftpy is in a pretty stable state, it's used as a core lib in ele.me website which processed over 5 million orders per day. we'll merge and release new version every 3-6 months, based on development cycle.
