Entering * on laptop keyboard with CSpect

Re: https://github.com/Threetwosevensixseven/NXtel/wiki/Using-NXtel-in-CSpect I've found that `CTRL` + `B` enters `*` for me when using CSpect on my laptop.

Feedback when entering *

I remember on the VTX5000 software, when pressing * this would display at the bottom of the screen and it would be obvious you were typing in a * page/command....
