Add a navigation label override for models

For those of us with very long model names, allow passing a :navigation_label option to manage_with_tolaria to override the link text that is shown on the left-hand navigation bar for a model.

@danielboggs Are you doing any more work in the test directory on this? I think it's fine to merge now.
