No way to disable creation of defaultStartingConsole.

Might be nice if you could disable it from being created in the first place and use your own, removing the unnecessary step of adding destroyDefaultStartingConsole(), etc.

v10 (which will release later this year) now has a Settings.CreateStartingConsole toggle. Thank you for this suggestion!
