Ship Map - Deck Security Controls
In Thorium Classic, the deck status screen the crew can see the number of crew currently on the deck, they can sound an evacuation alarm telling crew to leave the deck, and they can seal bulkheads, making it so crew cannot leave or enter the deck. They can also release tranzine gas into individual rooms, which works as a knock-out gas - useful for incapacitating intruders.

Thorium Nova has a bit more nuance when it comes to the decks and rooms. Here's the plan:
- It should be possible to have the bridge crew sound evacuation alarms for rooms or entire decks. Lower Decks crew will move away from these rooms/decks when that happens.
- Certain deck edges (the links between deck nodes) can be marked as bulkheads. This makes it possible to temporarily disconnect these nodes by "sealing the bulkhead". So instead of locking off entire decks, more granular sections of the ship can be locked off.
- Tranzine gas can be released in rooms, but it should spread slowly through the different deck nodes (unless the bulkheads are closed and the deck edges are closed off.
A lot of this work depends on the ship map and simulating the movement of lower decks crew throughout the ship.
