Hey, I guess what you want is SLA ensurance. If that, you can take a look at [SLA plugin](https://github.com/volcano-sh/volcano/blob/master/docs/design/sla-plugin.md).

Have you ever re-installed or deleted Volcano components by yaml? If that, please make sure you have removed the old `mutaingwebhookconfiurations` and `validatingwebhookconfigurations`.
