[Bug Report] Mouse and Keyboard Issues in BIOS with Absolute/Relative Mode

Encountered an issue in BIOS where the mouse does not work in absolute mode, but the keyboard functions correctly. When switching to relative mode, the mouse works, but the keyboard stops responding. Tested by disconnecting a physical keyboard, but the issue persists. Since UEFI BIOS should support multiple USB devices, this behavior seems unexpected.
