[Enhancement] Expand http api to support all pikvm capabilities

One of my use cases for the blikvm is to use Home Assistant to send power commands to the PC that's connected via ATX. This currently works in pikvm as per their HTTP API: https://docs.pikvm.org/api/#get-atx-state

We will release our API as part of our new BliKVM Matrix release, tentatively Q1/Q2 2024. It will allow ATX functions. However, no guarantees the API request/response will be identical as provided in your link.
