Lexend Deca Onenote Compatibility Bug

Open tnwin opened this issue 5 years ago • 5 comments

I've been trying to get Lexend Deca to work on Onenote for Windows 10 and have been getting weird spacing issues specifically with the Lexend Deca font. The issue doesn't apply to other fonts. I've attached a photo for you to see:

  • shortly after clicking around, I was able to reproduce the same problem with this font.

It might be on Windows part, but I thought I'd let you know.

Same thing happened to me with SMPlayer subtitles in Linux.

I fixed it editing the spacing configuration of SMPlayer to adjusting values as a workaround, because I really love Lexend. But I can confirm the bug is there.

Interesting! Looks like there's a vertical metrics issue here. Will look into it with the next update. Thanks for letting us know @tommyvuh and @luiscastro193

Awesome, thanks!

Is there a way to know when there is an update so I can re-download?

Hi @luiscastro193 If you sign up to the newsletter at the bottom of https://www.lexend.com/ you'll be notified when there are updates to the fonts.
