Add timestamp to messages

Adding a timestamp to every MQTT message would make it easy to see, if the message shows the current state of the sensor or if the sensor was unreachable.

Also asked for in #20. I'm currently swamped with work but It's actually an easy task to add a timestamp as you can see. One just would need to test my proposed solution and open a PR. Wdyt?
