[Bug] Hangman breaks after bot generates a reactor using non-default config

(Overhaul) Hangman breaks when someone generates a reactor in #reactor-bots using E2E or PO3 configs, since neither modpack uses overhaul, and thus, no overhaul config exists. Could E2E and PO3 get a dummy overhaul config, or hangman forces the generation using default configs instead?

This should default to the main config, and only use e2e/etc when you use the keywords (i.e. same behavior as gen command)
