True Crime Streets of L.A. Multi Monitor Fix

If you play the game with one or more monitors when you rotate the camera with the mouse the pointer will move to the other screen, this is very annoying when playing the shooting sections since you are constantly accidentally leaving the game by clicking on the other screen (and on top of that it crashes for me every time I tab so I have to load the game)
