[Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell] Menu Black Screen

So recently I reinstalled splinter cell after about a year of not playing it, it used to run fine back then with the widescreen fix with no issues at all (if i remember correctly at least), but now, after applying the widescreen fix, the game launches with all the intro videos and stuff with no issues at start but once it gets to the menu, there's a black screen with a black-dark greenish tint on where all the menu options should be. I've tried a newer version of the dgvoodoo fix, i've tried changing the ini settings etc. yet it had no effect.

I have a similar issue as well, I reported it at Enhanced SC. I have now installed just this widescreen fix and realise the bug is related to it. When installed, the game plays the intro videos but causes a flickering menu when installed on x64 win 10 macbook pro in bootcamp with Intel Iris Graphics 5100.

When I tried installing Enhanced CS on a Win 11 ARM guest OS inside vmware fusion on M1 Pro macOS15.5, then I got a black screen, possibly related to this issue, since they include this widescreen fix.

Works fine for me. I don't have any issues, with dgVoodoo and without (NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti, Windows 10)
