PSP Port SOCOM

Hi! Is it possible to port SOCOM plugins to PSP? Only the control of the second stick, so that you can use it on the PS Vita. An example is here: https://github.com/TheOfficialFloW/RemasteredControls

Probably possible, not something I'm going to do though. Just needs extra code for patching/allocating memory that works on psp.
