NFS:MW widescreen patch crash on clean install

Unpacking the NFS MW widescreen patch into the game folder (In this case, re-tested on an unpack from repack games) CTDs on start (Even when replacing the provided dinput8 dll)

Crash is on load, suspect some exception pops up.

Please provide a crash dump.

Do the following:

1. Create global.ini in the game root directory with the following contents:

[GlobalSets]
LoadPlugins=1
LoadFromScriptsOnly=0
DisableCrashDumps=0

2. Create a folder "CrashDumps" in the game root directory
3. Launch the game
4. Provide the .dmp and .log files from "CrashDumps" here

There's no need for global.ini though, just creating folder is enough.
