GTA LCS PCSX2 21:9 Ultrawide Problem

The plugin claims that it has proper aspect ratio for any resolution but doesn't work for 21:9. Vice City Stories works fine with 21:9.

It only works for 3D, not 2D. Unfortunately there's little point in spending time on this, since mobile version exists.

I couldn't get it working for 3d at all. Still looked like stretched 16:9 to me.
