Scarface : The World is Yours - Remove Instant Camera auto-centering, Allow re-mapping Keyboard controls

Scarface has very annoying instant camera auto-centering when playing with keyboard or controller. A slight delay and slow camera auto-centering would be nice. Also if possible can we re-map the keyboard bindings? If I could find the settings file for keyboard controls I can hex-edit the controls from inside (if it works).
