Gta lcs random sound effects playing at 60fps for no reason and performance drop around red pight district (i dont know if this happens anywhere else

When you play gta lcs at 60fps most of the time you are gonna hear random sfx play for no reason like a all of a sudden vehicle horn sfx playing out of nowhere. I should also mention that some of the scripts during 60fps gameplay the scripts are broken. Like that one cutscene with Salvatore going into the back entrance of JD's club and just standing there and nothing else happening. I also forgot that this is for the ppsspp version of gta lcs for the widescreen fix.

The sfx was already mentioned however around JD's club there is a huge fps drop. and since were talking about JD's club there is a broken cutscene in a mission where at the end salvatore moves and then just stops and doesnt do anything.
