ALT and F10 keys problem in Window mode

I've had this in Vice City and San Andreas. When pressing the ALT or F10 keys ingame without pressing any other key, the game freezes for a moment then comes back. The reason why im reporting this its because im using cleo mods that some of them conflicts with those keys.

It's the ALT and F10 keys used for something else? Because i would like to have that fixed to stop freezing for a moment.

I know this issue is 2 years old but I have finally fixed this problem. Download the latest version and let me know if it works 🙂
