[VC] Lights going through solid bridges and weird traffic lights effect

Hi, is this "normal" (standard, non-fixable by now behaviour) or is there a workaround for these issues I found when first trying your plugin?

I'm talking about bridge lights going through solid roads and weird traffic lights effect also on roads:

-Default config -I'm using modloader, other ASI scripts and CLEO scriptrs as well, but I'm pretty sure I tried disabling all those and trying only with your plugin with the same results.

All normal, lights go through bridge because it doesn't have collision loaded. Other thing is some kind of limit allegedly, no fix still.

And the traffic light is also normal I guess right? Also, I'm using a helicopter/flight limit mod so I can see the whole map with the lights, just like your screenshots, is it normal that some textures start blinking (appearing/dissapearing, specially on the edges of the screen and behind the helicopter position)? I thought it may be a consequence of increasing the draw limit and that kind of stuff, so long distance buildings and such are more detailed, but doesn't seem to change with default config.
