It's obvious to a human--these comments are identical, and there are TONS of them, all with slight differences to sneak past detection by YTSP. It seems like you already have some sort of fuzzy matching set up already. (judging by requirements.txt) Maybe it could do with some more tuning or something?

I would recommend tweaking these values in your ini and see if that helps you pick these up
