Allow hidden fields

There are certain fields in frontmatter, that we dont want to make editable / or want to keep readonly..... for example layout

Also, it would be great, if keystatic could just ignore fields which exists in frontmatter but not configured in schema... that way we could have fields in frontmatter which are not meant for keystatic, but still used by code
