Link the ParadoxosModManager to steam collections

In the Stellaris Discrod, someone has asked to have a link with the collection.

Would being able to install mods from a collection or track a collection be within the scope of this tool? For example if I've added the mods from a collection but would like new mods to be installed and included in a modlist automatically

I propose the following functionnality :

• Create a mod list from a Steam collection (it add all the mod installed on the computer from the collection)
• Add message to warn that the mod list is not complete (because of update for example, so it need to check the list on internet)
