Filter mods according their version

If we have many mods with several version, especially if we create cached versions of the mods (#24), it is not easy to select the mods with the good version.

The idea is to add a ComboBox to filter the mod list on a version. The available versions should be all the different versions of the available mods. It should be possible to choose an option on the ComboBox to display all the versions.

By default we display the mods without versions. But we can also add a CheckBox to choose to remove them.

I could move the actual row left or right in the order of rows but wasn't able to sort by it while using ParadoxosModManager0.7.1 with Stellaris Shelley 2.5.1.

It'd be much easier to deal with if mods for ver 2.4 would bunch up together and mods updated to 2.5.x would appear as a group as well.

I don't know all your wizarding by i guess that Version is a sort of a tag. Maybe it's possible for the PMM to scan those tags and creat a checkbox that applies to it? That way when users see the list they may uncheck the boxes and lat only the relevant mods to show.

if there isn't a version tag that the PMM can show like in this mod for example - https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=697938908 Maybe the checkbox will just show?
