Connection not working on RX10M4

If I understand well, the RX10M4 (RX10 IV) is marked as working.

But I can't connect to it. The phone is connected to the camera wifi, but "connection to the wifi network" never ends (hence the connection to Sony api doesn't work). I have a similar issue with Sony official app (can't connect using wifi).

How can I provide you some logs or other way to help solving this ? Thanks
