It's a small world [a77II feedback]

Greetings! It's always funny to roam the internet far and wide for something and end up so close to home. Everybody in several languages was complaining for years about the pityful app provided by Sony that did less than an Auto mode even for high level models like my 77M2 I was searching about, and wailed as its firmware 2.0 contained nothing about timelapse and nothing new for the app. I love them but they're terrible at implementing timelapse among other things. So now the only functional app i find is yours, a recent one, which seems to work, I was baffled. And I see the creator is not only french like me, but we're both from Grenoble! Funny, really. Nice flowchart btw, I made the app work thanks to it and this is how I can tell you now : My smartphone is Huawei Honor 7 My camera is Sony A77 II 50 fps up'd to firmware 2 The corresponding item in the app list, ILCA77M2 isn't working, stuck at "connecting to Sony API"

Only two settings are working in the whole list, guess you can put 77M2 with them... The HRD-AS20 and FDR-AX33, giving the same exact results as far as I can tell, which are : Works perfectly with my basic kit 18-70 lens, very few image drops Works with the 50mm 1.8, except there's a mechanic sound inside before the shot is taken, thus taking more time, making the app registering each successful shot as an error. Worrying to see errors stack afterwards but it works great otherwise. In all situations this stayed the same : It always takes ~12 secs for the camera to recover so I use minimum step of 15 secs. Using both lenses, and both a shitty old memory stick and the quality modern card I bought for the camera always same recovery. (But that's maybe just the camera and a "mechanical" wireless remote would have the same results)

I'm obviously using english so that the bigger audience can profit from this(if of any use). And I guess you understand english easily but if not and you want these informations, pm me and I'll send all this in french ! (any message system in here? Guess so...)
